Gergo Vari had no meaningful LinkedIn footprint and no established media presence. The first job was to make him visible in a way that felt credible for a founder in HR tech: clear point of view, consistent topics, and enough specificity to sound like an operator instead of a generic executive voice.

The content strategy centered on topics where Gergo and Lensa had a real reason to speak: remote work, hiring bias, compensation, career mobility, recruiting technology, and the broken dynamics of the job market. The aim was to make the voice recognizable enough that people could associate the ideas with Gergo and Lensa.

The clearest signal came from a poll on whether remote workers should take pay cuts after relocating. It reached 670,026 impressions and generated 942 comments because it put a real workplace tension into public view, tied directly to the future of work conversation Lensa wanted to be part of.
